Hello everyone and thanks for donating your talent for an amazing cause at the 39th Annual Chatham County Cowboys - Farm Jam at the Hayden Farm located at, 2350 Alton King Rd.
Farm Jam Performance dates start at 5:15pm Friday September 6th and end on Sunday morning at 1:30am. For those of you that have been here before, you already know the drill. For those that have not, PLEASE READ BELOW!!!!
BANDS: Please be prepared. SET TIMES ARE 40 MINUTES.
YOU MUST ARRIVE ONE HOUR OR MORE BEFORE YOUR SLOT. Schedules can and probably will fluctuate. Have your guests arrive early (30 minutes or so) just incase. Bring your own beverages, snacks and PLENTY OF WATER.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES POST THIS AS A PUBLIC EVENT, THIS IS PRIVATE.
Your guests are welcome to come and are highly desired however, they are also YOUR responsibility. Any “Rif-raff” will get you or your guests thrown out without warning by one of the CCCFJ Security crew members without a future invitation.
LOAD IN: No less than one hour before your slot. Assemble gear off stage while waiting to load on stage.
LOAD OUT: Remove everything from stage immediately, after removal ONLY THEN you can disassemble gear off stage. We have time constraints and need to be as quick as possible.
SOUND:
Stage A will be ran by Mark Davis.
Stage B will be ran by Trey Richardson.
We may have stage hands available and will have a third floating engineer, Mr. Scott White from (Garner - Farm House Jam).
Stage A and B will have 18 inputs, and 4 monitors each. Microphones are provided but backline is not. Bring your own instruments and amps!
WE ARE NOT RUNNING IN EAR MONITORS!!!
NO UNDER AGE DRINKING
NO FEET ON STAGE MONITORS,
NO DRINKS OR FOOD ON ANY GEAR AT ALL!
